This is thermometer case that was made to look like a fountain pen. It was made in the 1930s and is marked Japan and nothing else. Measures 4 5/8" tall. Some kind of celluloid, not really sure? The cap just pushes on and off. The thermometer has no numbers, just a small notch, which I am guessing is at 98.6? This is not a super quality item, it is just something that was probably sold in low priced catalogues. It will be shipped in a box. Check out my 12,000 plus positive feedback.
