This is a New in Package Joann Fabrics Quilt Blocks Collection Kit called "Garden Impressions". This is Block #4, Father's Choice. The package is sealed. The fabric is pre-cut & includes directions, so it's ready to sew. If you want to make the entire quilt you will need all 12 blocks & the setting Kit.
